On the Golden Apple Archipelago in Genshin Impact 2.8 you can find large jellyfish hovering peacefully above the surface of the water. Jumping on them will activate the cloud steps. You need to go through them to get a regular chest at the end of the way. Now we show you where all the jellyfish are and how to pass the cloud steps.

Here’s the location of all the jellyfish in the Golden Apple Archipelago – nine in total:
Get to each jellyfish with a breakwater, or you won’t have enough strength. Also, you can only jump onto a jellyfish by jumping out of the breakwater, this”muv” will give you a nice boost in the jump.
After jumping on the jellyfish you’ll notice that there are more jellyfish in front of you – jump on them. The normal jellyfish are unremarkable. But there are also jellyfish with runes (they give a bonus to jump height) and moving jellyfish, for jumping on which you will have to wait.
Actually, your task is to jump all the jellyfish. They will appear gradually, most likely in random order. Sometimes you’ll turn the wrong way, in which case just go back a couple of jellyfish and change your route.
The cloud steps aren’t too confusing; you definitely won’t get lost. Often, you will go up them and then down to the ground. Sometimes the path will involve climbing a rock – just climb it higher to jump on the next jellyfish.
On the ground at the end of the path you’ll find the usual chest of loot waiting for you:
