Here’s how to complete the”One More Vacation in the Golden Apple Archipelago” quest in Genshin Impact 2.8’s Summer Voyage of the Sea event.
The long-awaited Golden Apple Archipelago event in Genshin Impact 2.8, Summer Sea Voyage, has kicked off. As part of this event, you will complete challenges, earn seashells, and unlock rewards, including the character Fischl. But how do you get started completing the event? We’ll tell you in a moment.
Summer Sea Voyage in Genshin Impact – how to get started
To participate in the event, meet the following conditions:
- Get at least 32 ranks of adventures.
- Pass the chapter”Autumn Wind, Crimson Leaves”.
- Pass the chapter”Crimson Dawn. Chapter I.”
Once you’ve mastered it, take the first task of the event, after which you can begin the trials. Go to the Adventurer’s Guild in Mondstadt and talk to Katerina there. Afterwards, run to the square near the cathedral to Fischl. After talking to her, go to the Angel’s Share Tavern and talk to Venti, Kazuha and Xin Yan there.
Another vacation in the Golden Apple Archipelago at Genshin Impact
Next, turn the time to 8am and run to the city gate – there you will introduce Mona and Fischl to Kazuha and Xin Yan. In the dialogue, Paimon will tell you about an interesting place worth seeing. Go there and discover the Dodo Fortress, which can be used to travel to the Golden Apple Archipelago. Once there, you can teleport without the Dodo-Fortress by simply selecting the teleporters on the map.
Once there, go to the island that Kazuha talked about. Run to the target, summon a wavewalker and swim to the target.
At the spot you will find an obscure installation. From it, follow the trail using your sense of the elements. Just activate the portal first by running down the stone path backwards a bit.
Using the sense of the elements, explore the marked areas on the map – gradually you will reach the level 75 shooter Fatua, which you need to defeat. After defeating him, communicate with the sharpshooter. Next, go back to the camp and communicate with Mona, Fischl, Kazuha and Xin Yan. Afterwards, climb the small mountain and communicate with Venti using the Dodo Communicator.
This concludes the quest”One More Vacation in the Golden Apple Archipelago” and you’ll receive your rewards, including 30 source stones. And, of course, the first stage of the”Summer Sea Voyage” event, called”Breaking the Waves”, will open.
