This ending can be opened by selecting one of these options at the beginning:
“Okay, I’m very interested in your dream, I’ll help you” or”I think your dream is too obscure, but if you want to stay, I’ll stay too.”
And in the Face Off stage, you can get the achievement of the Sangonomia Plea. To do this you need to ask Goro about the events on Watatsumi Island after talking to Todoroki.
Onikabuto Falls from the Sky
To get this ending, move to the Intuitive Quest stage, where you must insist on returning to town:
“I’m very interested in your dream, but I’ll accompany you back first.” Or,”I think your dream is too incomprehensible. Let’s go back…”
Then we have to explore the different cases and choose the answer”Project Sikanoin tells of cheaters is approved.”

To get to this ending, you have to start with the Three Things stage. Here you choose any option but the top right one:
Next you can get the achievement I am the perfect detective, in the Motive stage. After examining the evidence, answer”Shiroyama’s suicide note and Takatsukasa’s message…” and answer the next question:”Takatsukasa Isamu’s autopsy report, suicide note, and poison research report.”
Well, to get the ending you have to choose”Sango blamed Heizo for nothing.” in your conversation with Sango.
