“Rhyme and Melody of a Summer’s Dream” in Genshin Impact is a quest that becomes available after Mona’s Ancient Azure Stars quest. In it you must find the missing crystal cores. Now we’ll tell you how to do it.
Rhyme and Melody of Summer Sleep in Genshin Impact – how to pass
After taking the task, go to the device of Fatua on this island:
Once there, you will receive the first task.
Find Persikov’s notes in the Genshin Impact
The notes lie behind Fatua’s device, next to the rocks by the small camp:
Pick them up and move on.
Find the missing crystal cores in the Genshin Impact
Once you get Persikov’s notes, you’ll see a short cutscene and dialogue. You’ll be shown this map:
It marks the locations of the crystal cores. You will need to visit these three islands here:
We’ll start with the top one. Get there. On the island you will see devices and a core that is sealed between them. You will have to solve the puzzle. Approach this mechanism:
Turn once to the right and twice to the left. It’s easy to check if the combination is correct – the mechanism will go down. Next, move to that mechanism:
Turn twice to the right and once to the left. If you do it right, the crystal core will release and drop to the ground – run over and pick it up.
Now move to the lower left island. There’s the same puzzle, but in a different version. Turn the device near the tents once to the right and once to the left.
The second mechanism is opposite. Turn it in the following order – once right, once left, once right.
Look for the third mechanism closer to shore. Turn it twice to the left and once to the right.
Get the second crystal core.
Get to the last island, the lower right. Turn this mechanism twice to the left and once to the right.
And turn this mechanism once to the right, once to the left, and once to the right again.
Pick up the lowered crystal core.
Go back to the island with the strange Fatua device and insert the cores into it. After a little dialogue, go back to the camp with everyone else. The mission will be completed and you will receive rewards, including 30 source stones.
